Orangeries originated in renaissance Italy in the 17th century and were used to grow citrus fruits: hence the name.

We design and build orangeries that would enhance a variety of property types. We will spend time with you to find out exactly what you want so we can design and build an orangery that fulfils your dream.

Our craftsmen can hand-build modern orangeries with just enough detail to set them apart from normal conservatories, right through to a traditional orangery with details such as with dentil mouldings and built up cornices. Our designs can feature classic timber frames or brick parapet walls, with hidden gutters and a lantern roof.

We also know that orangeries need to be functional, and also geared towards adding value to your home. With this in mind we use the latest in glass technology for the roof and frames. We can incorporate electric roof vents which are controlled by thermostats and rain sensors. Underfloor heating can be installed so you can enjoy your room all year.

If you want an orangery, we offer a complete solution – from designing the space to gaining planning permissions, installation and ensuring building regulations are met.

You can also choose whichever colour paint/stain you prefer and can even have different colours on the inside and outside.
