Our 10 year guarantee

Catton Windows offers a comprehensive, insurance backed 10 year guarantee. We don't expect you to need it though. Down to the work that we have put in over the past 22 years, we ensure that our products last the test of time and stand up to the harshest of weathers.

There are although times when small issues do arise, and if they do, you're just a phone call away from one of our very own experienced workmen, who area always on hand to put the problem right. We do not use any third party to repair our products.

The sealed units are also covered by a 5 year manufacturer's warranty which covers them against breakdown.
